The heart of teaching dance.

There is something indescribable about teaching dance to children. It's not all fun and games, and it can be very frustrating to get very different shaped bodies, and different shaped personalities, to mirror a certain technique or style that you created, for the choreography that you see in your head. It's like picturing the perfect outfit and going shopping to find it.Yes you can get it made, but it's never quite as perfect as you pictured it ie: shape, fit or colour of the garment is not correct, or simply the feel of the outfit on your body. Our imagination creates magic that is sometimes hard to find in reality. However we are luck y to have a heart that creates something different, almost better than reality could ever create. But sometimes when you teach that choreography, and your student doesn't get it as you expected, but dances it with passion and the kind of enjoyment that makes what you created, look much better than it did in your head, almost perfect, almost better. That is the indescribable feeling of loving the power of teaching.
